Innovation Labs

How can we raise prices and make this profitable?

What parts of the service design are driving cost and DON’T add value (existing paradigms)

We ran Innovation labs to redesign service end-to-end by challenging existing paradigms (range planning, sourcing, procurement, transport, warehousing, handling, delivery to final customer)

We optimized across 3 business units (distinct legal entities), suppliers and clients,  negotiating with clients implementation of new service conditions providing improved customer services while reducing cost.

The result was a turn-around of the P&L from 7 figure losses to break even in 12 months and then divestment of the business unit
